many of the newest models of motorhomes have been built with Electric Awnings attached to them. It is because this recent rise in popularity that many different companies have began to manufacture electric awnings for consumers who did not have the oppurtunity to purchase them with their motorhomes. These awning manufacturers have also decided to create a special kind of electric awning that can be added to an already existing awning in order to extend its reach. You absolutely have no reason to be stuck in your motorhome on your next vacation/roadtrip.

The best thing about having the option to add an electric awning to your motor home is that what you are doing is expanding the area you have to chill, relax, sit etc. all while taking full advantage of the great outdoors! I am telling you, once you get your awning, you will wonder why you never had one before. You can start to really live and enjoy everything that outdoors has to offer.
In case you were wondering, the price of electric awnings has dropped a lot due to the increase in popularity. You can get your awning and have it setup in no time at all. The electric awnings should only be installed by a pro, but if you are using the synthetic materials, you can take it down yourself in 2 minutes the bad thing about the synthetics are that the weather can take them down just as easy. Your all around best bet is to get a electric awning which usually, once installed have a much longer life cycle and are just easier to deal with overall. Please note that the electric awnings will be more costly, but as I said before, the price has dropped dramatically. When it comes to wondering about which material your awning should be made of, its pretty simple stainless steel or aluminum, you will not have to worry about any rust and both are light weight but still heavy duty compared to many other Electric Awnings.
